  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Which Spyderco are you carrying today?

Put away my Native Chief and decided to substantially downsize by pocketing my Ikuchi.

I lean towards larger knives but despite its small size, the Ikuchi can inflict significant damage w/it's wickedly sharp and pointy blade that will penetrate just about anything you care to poke it into, which makes it more akin to a tactical knife disguised as a gentleman's folder.

It is easy to flick it open using the compression lock release technique or w/your fingernail to rotate the pivot wheel (instead of using the pad of your index finger which can become uncomfortable if done too often). The deep pocket wire clip is also a bonus.

I am guessing it is a Mustang but could be many others. I have never seen that knife before, is it an old Mannix? Still learning Spyderco's.

Finished putting a new radiator in my '65 289 this morning. Love using this one in the garage:
