  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Which Spyderco are you carrying today?

I went up and hiked the Wild Oak Trail today. It's a loop trail, so no "out and back" or shuttling/hitching concerns. Definitely a Grate trail! In my opinion/experience, it's "classic" VA Appalachian mountain(s) trail. Of course I was carrying one of my modded Delicas, as I usually do when on a trail run, or hike. I stopped on the Hi point of the hike (Little Bald Knob) for some calories and water, and took the photo.

That is a beautiful watch! I would need two things if I owned that watch. An electrical engineer degree just in the hope of understanding all of those dials and markings. I would also need a magnifying glass just so I could read all of those small numbers. My eyesight is not what it used to be. Beautiful watch and very cool knife.
Thanks.
