Which Spyderco are you carrying today?

I've been on a sharpening kick recently. The other day I put a 15 dps edge on my Delica and today I decided to reprofile my Para 3 to 14 dps. That took a while...

Look at the difference in bevel height! Cuts almost as well as the Delica now.

No pics, but I grabbed a catch and release UKPK (BD1N) drop point and carried it over the holidays (living in the land of the unlocked). And so far, very happy. One swim in the ocean (just a short "walk" since I don't so much swim as I get in the water and wander the bottom) and just a rinse afterward and it's looking good. Did some of my meal prep, and general utility over the holiday away from home, and I'm sold. In it's category I've got a lil'native slippy which is shorter and heavier, so I would probably carry that in similar situations, as well as those a bit more rural, but the UKPK is prime for semi-urban where food is the prime task. but both have been great. If I had the rods out, then either the salt native or Caribbean would be the deal, but since I can free pass carry a slippy, (I mean, the law says pen knife, and the the UKPK is that by name right?)
In comparison, I had a spy-dk, and its very similar, I just didn't have a good reason for the dk at the time so it got rehomed, if I'm going to have that small of a grip, it needs a selling point, and the dk lost out to the pingo blade shape for me. So for really small I have the pingo and roadie, and for medium I've got the lil'native and UKPK, and that is a good set of choices I think. But overall, I'm glad that the UKPK fits well in the rotation.

Hope this counts as it's technically not a Spyderco. Older model Byrd Robin from before the transition to full flat grind.

I have some FRN models and a Titanium model as well. I'm trying to decide which material I like best for carry. So far, the G10 is winning but the FRN has some great grip.
