Which Spyderco are you carrying today?

Picked up a factory second Pacific Salt original version. I am liking it was more than I thought I would, I much prefer the ergos over the newer endura 4 handle designs I've owned in the past. The bidirectional grip on the newer models is grippier but this older volcano pattern actually feels quite nice to the touch. I don't know how Spyderco can make FRN feel so good because with other companies it always feels cheap. I couldn't leave it alone though, instantly had to grind the tip down a little bit because I like pointier blades.

All FRN is NOT created equal. Spyderco's FRN mix has more glass fiber than most so it feels different. Makes it cost a bit more, but it's worth it.

V VashHash fresh and crispy new knives always are nice, but nothing come close to a well used Millie. They just always have that appeal. This one remains in my desk at work. I touched it up so much that the edge was pushed back so I added a small sharpening choil and then hand convexed it. E3EE1943-88B9-4FD1-AC73-ED47CAE7B76F.jpeg
