I used to carry a couple of the salt series when I worked in the marine industry on boats, but don't do that work any more so the only Spyderco I carry these days is a Caly 3.5 with ZDP-189 laminated blade.

Nice job! I did something similar to the jade Kizer Porcupine recently. (It had some similar ergonomic features.) I started with a Dremel and finished with paper, also smoothing over all the lines and corners. It's up on blocks until my next dye party.

Today though, my all-time favorite Spydie.
