Which Spyderco are you carrying today?

My slow tour of Spyderco's larger folders has brought me to the Native Chief. This sprint was a lucky find; I love the brown/black/M390 sprints. I've also now tried the Lil' Native, Native lightweight, and Shaman, and of the Native family the Chief fits my hand the best. It's a great design!

Even though I have owned, and still own, more Spydies than any other brand, my downsizing over the past three years had recently left me without a Golden-made Spydie in my collection. I just don't feel right without at least one example of the greatest tang stamp/etch in the industry. :D

Carrying " Old Faithful " this day and just about every other day for to many years to remember .
I can't remember if it's on it's 3rd or 4th pocket clip , the scales got changed out way back when , and the reprofiled blade tip was the result of stupidity early on it's life which resulted in snapping off the tip of the blade .
Hap40 Steel that stays reasonably sharp when you consider the life this knife gets .
My most carried / used / abused knife that I own .

I actually gave it a clean and removed all sorts of dirt and things before this photo was taken .

Posted this elsewhere but I’ll leave this picture here too. I love Delicas, especially the Zome pattern versions.

I’m seriously considering another Delica or one of its big brothers in K390 next. Is there any reason to believe they will become less common in the near future?
