Which Spyderco(s) are you least interested in.

Paramilitary: had one, didn't like it. It didn't fit my hand well and felt cheap.
Gayle Bradley: Made in Taiwan caused me to hold out on buying one until I handled one in the store. Then my reason became the fact that I dislike almost everything about it.. Didn't fit my hand, I don't like CF handles. A super tough steel used in a hollow ground gentleman's folder didn't make sense to me.

The Gayle Bradley is definitely not a gentleman's folder. Its a medium to hard use folder.

I disagree based on my impression of it. However, it was built well and could probably take a fair amount of abuse. I just hated how it felt in my hand, and would not have confidence when using it, especially with such a small choil.

Lefties can close a liner lock even better than righties using this technique: Keep the knife in the deployed position. Use the long finger to depress the liner from the side while the thumb in the hole closes the blade completely. A rightie can't do that.

I'm not a fan of liner locks, but my buddy/partner in crime Sam Owens carries a Resilience every day.

the manix family. the shape of the blade and handle, even the lock type, just doesn't do it for me. the s110v is close to swinging it but still...

After I got the lightweight Manix2 in s110v, I became a Manix fan. I m currently carrying it about as much as my PM2 s. Seems to be very sturdy for such a light weight. Great edge retention. Love the weight.

Manix 2 xl, military, endura, anything with a blade over 3.5 inches. I usually wont evan carry a blade over 3, but the spydercos with big blades arent for me. Also anything with serrated blades i would not buy.

While it is a good design ; l am least fond of the Spyderco Civilian. I can't seem to do even the smallest utility task without risk of snapping the thin tip off. Too specialized imo

If I ever bought one, I would hope that it would never be used. Kind of a funny thing to say about a tool, but it is 100% designed for one thing and one thing only.

Miles upon miles of cardboard and rope, right? :D
