The problem with 3V is that its not stainless if im not wrong ? If im wrong and it is stainless how would you compare its stainlessness to D2 , more stainless than D2 or less ?

bucketstove thank you very much for the detailed info and the link, damn now i want 2 knives, from Elmax and 3V. Now its dangerous to talk on this forum, im becoming addective to those knives. The more i talk here the more knives i want )))

And what about sharpening 3V ? If we compare to D2 again, is it easier or harder than D2 ? I Always compare with D2 because i got one from that steel.

This image shows that Elmax and M390 is easier to sharpen than D2 ? Is it right info ? Becuz i Always thought that super steels like M390 and Elmax are harder to resharpen than D2
