Which two spydies should I buy?

The PM2 is a great knife and on its own will handle a lot. If your question would have been for 1 out of those 4, I'll recommend you the para2 without a doubt. But para2 + delica is a little redundant in my view.
I'll go with military and delica, this way you'll have a more specialized knife for the tasks at hand Big or small, if you want to stay out of FRN or in a higher handle material spectrum I'll add a Caly3 instead of the delica, same blade length and dressier appearance.
Chaparral and Dragonfly are cute little knives but at those blade lengths I don't like wide blades because they are much less maneuverable in the cuts (this is my personal opinion of course)

The manix knives look appealing, but I think the dragonfly is smaller than I'd like, although I can see why some would like them. I don't really have an incentive to carry a really small knife, especially since I usually use my knife at work or home, and at work it's normal for people to have pocket knives so nobody will be alarmed by a 3-4" blade.

The larger FRN models like the Endura, Stretch and Manix function like big knives but carry much smaller because they are so lightweight.

IMHO, the Spyderco Southard is one of the best knives Spyderco makes right now. Extremely well made, flips as well as any production flipper out there and has a useful grind. It's compact, lightweight but has heft and balances beautifully when its being used. Plus it looks cool.

Shit, I think I just convinced myself to buy another.

I also am a fan of the Starmate. Nice knife and very useful.

That's why I'd recommend the DF2 in a serrated edge (either the VG10 or H1 variant). You carry your standard plain edged knife, but for those instances where you need a chainsaw, you have one in the most unobtrusive yet comfortable packages out there.

Hmm I guess a full serrated blade might be fun to have around, I'll have to think about that.
