While I wait

Er, thanks man but I think you might be referring to another person!

you have to understand that this is an frequent flyer model...steel from usa > grinded in swiss > heattreated by paul bos in usa > finish in germany > assembly and kydex etc in swiss > then back to usa for the blade show etc....

but im aware of that problem and as i say, as soon my us benchroom is established then the prices will be more economical and the few i made prior will be collectables.

the biggest reason to collaborate with others like victorinox. gatco-timberline, tops and ... is that they will make my designs in bigger runs out of more economical material that most of us can afford.

thanks

Thanks for posting Roger. It's always nice when a maker can take the time to contibute to threads

I also love the look of the blue titanium UL Black

That is really bad to hear: I only buy knives with the intention of giving them a good use. Now you've dropped this bombshell when my S.B.T. arrives I'll have this voice at the back of my head asking if I should keep it as a safe queen. I hope not though :D

I met swiss bianco at the Blade show and talked with him for awhile. He is a very nice fellow with some cool designs. Most guys here like the SAKs and might like to know that (if I understood him correctly) he has patented a pocket clip for a SAK and it will hopefully be marketed soon by Wenger. His knife being talked about here feels very nice. I liked the TOPS one too though.

whoops sorry untamed......i meant nice snag Darkaz. I love the design of the titanium UL Black as well. My CC just got dinged for the for the Tops SBT, so hopefully in a few days I will have it. I might try and get one of the originals before they become a collectors item, just a bit nervous about ordering from fehlschaerfe, that and I have to save up a little $$$.

thanks,

i did collaborate with some companys, victorinox is one of them. the clip i designed for theyr 111mm and 91mm sak is sold and hopefully soon produced as the us market demands it. the clip for the new big wenger oht is finished too, we will have an meeting as im back in swiss.

for the ul knife pictured, thats one of my KEA knives, black g10 laminated to titanium, small and kandy with its kydex sheath with the intefral lock that dont cover the handle and save locks the knife for keychain etc edc. its an older pcs with titanium rivets, complete handmade, the next run will not have any rivets and will be more mid tech made...did i mention collectible:D

i like to post on the forums but my time right now is limited and a lot of work on my coming work is needed.

many thanks

+B
