Seriously, I like iron pans, some years back I got very suspicious of Teflon nonstik etc, it seemed to come off and stik in the food, can't be healthy
Trand, The Panama line on the CS s a superb micarta, I'd love to see more knives shod with it. You also reminded me of the Forum Knife, he got left out of this morning's fry up.
Charlie, all that aged ivory or other off-whites creams are really something to want. I have some Imperial Stockman in a nice vanilla delrin somehere.
Jack, a fascinating bolster on that example. Curious mix of threaded,rat-tail, braided/coined! Really something.
