Who all carries 2 EDCs

I'm just getting into carrying two; a single blade like a BM 905 and a Wenger SAK. The SAK feels like a good way to ease myself into carrying two. Baby steps...

I generally always carry a traditional slipjoint and a locking one hand opener, most often a Spyderco. The slipjoint is very sheeple friendly and the "tactical" is there in case a serious cutting tool is needed.

Okay, plus it's two to play with.

I only carry one at a time. I do have a few different EDC's though. I have them on stands on a shelf in the spare room and I pick up which one I want for each day depending on my level of dress and my daily chores.

Who doesn't? :D :p I usually carry a med/large plain edge and small full serrated. My favorite combos right now involve a PE Manix or D'Allara drop point and SE blue Dodo or SE Salt I.

On the belt, it's a smaller ~4" Busse FB and a Sebbie on the other side for the sheeple.

The workbag has 1 or 2, 7-9" blades and a Leatherman Supertool along with other 'stuff'.

I carry 2, but may have 4 or 5 with me. The 2 on the belt are what really counts.

Right now I'm carrying a BM710 and a Vic Soldier.

The 710 gets most of the work, the Soldier is for food prep. Sheeple are no concern of mine, they can run away if they're scared of my knife.. I'm not going to lower myself to the herd because my knife scares a few people.

My rule is, only food touches the Soldier's blade and the 710 gets everything else.

I carry three; A Benchmade Mini Ambush in RF pocket, Cold Steel Gunsite II in the right cargo pocket or on the belt in a cheap horizontal-carry multitool sheath (that just happens to fit it perfectly) if I'm wearing jeans, and a Wenger Handyman in the left cargo pocket (if I'm not wearing jeans), plus a Ka-Bar USMC if I'm just going out for a walk. (We live on a lot of acreage)

I always carry my SMF and Spyderco Matriarch (right and left front pocket) and a neckknife, in the last few month it's been a Strider ED.

I'll carry two knives when I want to go light!
Yesterday I had a Fallkniven WM-1, an S30V Buck 110, a Vic Farmer and a Swisstool Spirit in my pockets.

I've always got two. The one in my pocket varies due to my edc rotation, but the second is always a my SAK Officers, and it's on my keychain. A bit big for a keychain knife, but people are rarely offended by something on a keychain. If it's on a keychain, why, it must be safe! I use that when there's someone around who might be upset by a knife. Plus, I never lose my keys, and they're easier to hang on to!

I almost always edc 2 to 3 knives.

A sak is always in my pocket. Add a keychain knife like a classic, and a small fixed blade like a small puukko. Sometimes a Rosselli grandmothers knife, or a Fallkniven wm-1, or a Russells hunters scalple.

I almost aways have 2 on me.

SAK: I use it around sheepies and for the screw drivers.

A one handled opener: For heavy cutting jobs

Took the words out of my mouth.
Slipjoint: carried for aesthetic reasons (it's nice to hold & look at), to take care of most cutting chores, and to use in front of sheeple (hey, that's a nice knife!).
One-handed locking folder: carried for serious cutting tasks, and potential accident/emergency situations (car wreck, etc.).
Both: carried so that I can fiddle with them. More fun than pencils or paperclips.

Peace.

I carry 2 to 3 depending on how i feel, if i feel like going light, i'll typically carry a Spyderco Cricket and a Native, the Cricket handles 99% of my cutting tasks, and is sheeple-freindly, the Native handles the heavier stuff

recently, i've been carrying 3, just because i can, the Cricket, Native, and a Kershaw Scallion, the nice thing is, since all 3 knives are reasonably compact, i can pocket them all and you'd never be able to tell i'm carrying *any* knives

maybe it's just the "new toy" factor, but the Scallion has been doing the majority of my cutting tasks recently

...does the Endura that lives in the car count? ;)

Almost always at least two. Usually its a small fb, today nealy/boker specialist drop point and a SAK compact, when its just folders its usually a para and something plain edged. Different knives for different tasks.

These three are my regular carry during the work day:

CR Large Sebenza
Spyderco SS SE Cricket
Al Mar Briarwood Hawk

I keep a few others including a multitool in my laptop bag and a fixed blade in the truck, but these are the ones in pocket.

Only two?:D For me, I think, 4 would be a "light" day. Only when I'm in a suit do I carry two - usually a SAK plus one other. My usual "go everywhere" blades for a normal week are: BM Mini-Grip/Spydie Delica, Dragonfly, Meerkat, small SAK, Ka-Bar/Dozier folding hunter. When I wear cargo pants, I will typically add (it seems this way the last little while) a BM530/Spydie Calypso Jr, Centofante III/Camillus Blaze. These tend to get rotated out occasionally depending on what I acquire. My Al-Mar Sere 2K is in a jacket pocket. I found that it was just a bit on the heavy side with my regular work pants - OK in blue jeans, though:)
