Case stockmans, Schrade stockmans, boker stockmans, GEC stockmans, queen stockmans... you'r stockman.. my stockman.. Who carries around a stockman regularly?

Here is the one I have been carrying around the last few days, some may say 3 blades may be a bit much but honestly they all come in handy at different times. Plus if one breaks or goes dull you always have another one around.. hense why this pattern lasted so many people a lifetime even after some blades would be worn our or damaged.

I have a few that see regular carry and many more that don't. I have always found the patten aesthetically pleasing.

You guys have seen many of these before, but they are a few pics I had on hand.

I got these two Case CV 6375 Stockmans recently. I'm particularly fond of the red one, I had to force myself from carring it exclusively:

I also have this Medium stockman. I carry it when I need a smaller knife due to restrictions.

I have a CV Chestnut Bone version that I'm going to send back to case for reworking.

Very beautiful Remington, Mike!!

Here is one I am carrying today, sent to me by Pete and his lovely wife.

Here's a few of my stockman patterns. I have a few more round here that I need to take pictures of...The stockman is my favorite pattern. Must be a throwback from my Boy Scout days :)

I just happen to be carrying this little gem today that I was gifted from Duncan (Campbellclanman) a while back. It's a Boker Tree that I believe he said dated back to the 70's. I try to carry this one at least once a week and today I brought it to work with me because I wanted to buff out the brass liners and oil up the joints as there were getting a little gritty. I just popped outside my office real quick and snapped a few pictures. I took some nicer ones with it sitting on some rose bushes but for some reason I lost those ones in the transfer to the computer.

This Med. Case is a regular rider.

(as a side note I admit that the majority of my "knife bites" are a result of posing multi blade knives for pics.)

I carry stockmen from Rough Rider, Buck, Case, Canal Street, Queen, MasterCraft, Schatt & Morgan, Moore Maker, GEC,
and I have a Schrade on the way. Here is a recent pic of just some of the 4" stockmen I carry.

One of the most useful patterns, IMO. I have a drawer full, but this old beater UH is becoming my favorite.

Today it's a red bone case cv medium stockman. I also have a black buck and a wood buck, both stockmans, that I carry quite often. That's my favorite traditional style. Probably the because dad and grandpa both carried stockmans (dad a buck and grandpa a Schrade large) as long as I can remember. I have grandpa's.

This one still gets carried more than most. I have to clean and oil it at the end of most days, but that goes with the territory of doing stuff outside when it's hot & humid... which is most days of the summer season down here.

The Buck was a gift from Paul, the yellow Moore Maker a gift from Gevonovich
