Who EDCs a Buck 110?

I wish I could. I would EDC it in a heartbeat.

Sadly, I am in a country where most people frown on carrying a knife with you. For the last few weeks I've been EDC'ing a Buck 55 in the fifth jeans pocket.

I do carry my 110 every satruday when I go to the scout troop, though. Then I carry it in the leather sheath on my belt. I get away with it because of the scouts uniform and the supposition that scouts and pocketknives go well together.

I feel like the 110 is too big to comfortably slip into a normal jean pocket. I also already use those pockets foor keys and cellphones (Yes, multiple, it's a long story). I would also be worried about losing it that way.

I will be definitely be monitoring this thread to see what people come up with, though.

By the strictest definition, I can't call it an EDC, since I frequently carry other knives, but it is part of the EDC rotation and gets carried about 2x/wk.
I carry it on my belt in a leather sheath. No way I'd pocket carry that beastie.

The edge I keep on my 110. It's 34 degree inclusive, convex.

I carried a Buck 110 "clone" by Parker with a damascus blade by Fein Edwards in a belt pouch for about 20 years. I retired it when I did. Now just carry my trusty Vic Tinker.

I like the feel and heft of a 110. No problem. I sheath carry it. It feels fine to me. DM

I have done and will occasionally go back to it, but then I suppose that disqualifies the "E" of EDC. My current EDC is a Danijel Haramina puukko whose blade is ~3.5", shorter than the Buck 110 and handier with heavy gloves when outdoors in the winter.

I teach riding and train horses in a town sixty miles from Denver where carrying a knife is common and unremarkable. In public, such as in the grocery store or post office or coffee shop, people frequently check each other out in ways that would look like they were "cruising" each other, but instead trying to get a look at one another's knives. Getting a peak at a stag handle or a tooled sheath is reminiscent of a Victorian gentleman trying to sneak a look at a woman's ankles!

Oh, and I use a restitched original leather Buck 110 sheath I modified for horizontal carry.

I rotate between a 110, a 112 and a Case trapper. I like sheath carry and always have one of them on my belt. The 110 is usually reserved for the weekends though. If I do carry it during the week, I have a 301 in my pocket in case I need something smaller.

Hi, I keep one of my 110's in my truck along with a multi-tool. My pocket EDC is a Buck '55. It's more discreet only because most people tend to raise an eyebrow when they see me or someone carrying a large(er) knife.

On the other hand, I know my son, who works outdoors everyday, always has his 110 on his belt.

I used to until I saw the look on my boss's face once when I washed it in the kitchen at the office. My 110 come with me whenever I go hiking though. And no, I am not hiking with my boss.
