I plan to rotate with a Spyderco Starmate and a Military. I'm a small guy and its no problemo. I also carry the Delica or Walker in case I need to use a knife in "mixed company".

right now EKI P-Tac or CQC8, or a crawford perfigo, or a MT SOCOM elite, all 4"(or darned close) or more........

i carry a BM42, i guess you could call it a folder.... thats 4.2inches long

Also carry a BM47 of the same length and a Microtech Tachyon that is 3.75 inches

My 942 (3.4") is my work EDC cause I'm stuck ina GOVT building with the general public. But the rest of the time I cary my 710HS (3.9")

I carry the SERE 2000 and Buck 110 regularly and they're slightly over 3.5". I'm a fairly large guy but I actually prefer smaller EDCs like a 112 or my new Straight Personal. There's a certain "feel" to a small, solidly-built knife that I like.

One of my 2 EDC folders is my SS SE Spyderco Police model (4&1/8 inch blade), but sometimes I also carry my Cold Steel Gunsite (5 inch blade), or EVEN my Cold Steel Vaquero Grande (6 inch blade).

I also carry a SS PE Delica for when I don't want to scare the hell out of any sheeple who might be looking.

Usually I carry BENCHMADE 551 Griptilian and it has the blade only 3,45-inches long, however I do not care about this difference too much.

Right now I carry BM 5000 Auto Axis because I’m working on the writing on this knife. It looks and feels like Griptilian overpumped with steroids ;) However its blade is shorter than 3,5 inches as well.
So I’m not in this nice company :(

Right now my EDC is either a
1. Strider GB
2. TAD Emerson True Satin Super Commander
3. Microtech Socom Elite
4. Camillus Madd Maxx
5. REKAT Sifu
These are some of my RFP EDC's. All 4" or longer.
At the same time I carry a LFP knife that is usually 3" or less.
1. Microtech Kestrel
2. Camillus EDC
3. Spyderco Native FRN
4. Delta Z, REd Burl Osprey
5. Gunting
This way I have a larger knife for whatever heavier use might arise, and a smaller fine use knife for those lighter finer chores.

Darrel Ralph Aftermath, 5.5", pocket carry, no clip.

<argh, you'd think I'd get the name right the first time>

I carry two knives every day. My strong-side knife is a Camillus CUDA Maxx Bowie (5-1/2" blade). On the other side I keep a Darrel Ralph Madd Maxx spearpoint recurve (4" blade) that I sometimes use to avoid worrying people. The smaller folder is also my primary food knife, since it has a Talonite blade.

I used to EDC a 4" BM 710.

Decided that I really didn't need or want all that knife so now I either carry my ~3.25 inch Benchmade hack job or slightly shorter BM 690.
