Who here EDC's Folders with blades 3.5" or larger

3.5" to 4" is my ideal edc size. I currently use a Blade-tech Pro-hunter as my edc. Knives I have used are the Starmate, Benchmade 710, SERE 2000, Microtech LCC, etc.

Anything over 4" is a little uncomfortable to carry, not to mention illegal here in Tennessee. :(

Anything under 3" is too small for my tastes.

if it folds i won't carry it unless it is at least 3 and a quarter, but for the most part i like it to be 3.75 or 4 for now my edc is my old afck, i've traded off a lot of my other stuff so hope to be getting a new one soon.

For me, its a spyderco military, chinook, ss police or al mare sere strong side.

I carry a lum chinese folder in pouch left side or a harpy.

I don't like to have knives that are too small.

Benchmade AFCK 806 D2

Benchmade Advanced Folding Camping Knife 806 D2

Yeah!

For a long time I carried an AFCK as EDC.

Nowadays that knife just sits and the G10 Police comes out to play.

BM 710HS
Wilson/Ralph folder (I forget the tactical ninja name they give them)

They are both great knives having a good size working blade, big enough handle for a sure grip, but are really easy to carry (unlike a my Maxx and Buck/Strider that I sold).

At the moment, I have a large Sebenza clipped to my right rear pants pocket. I carry a small Sebbie more often, though, because it's more suitable for an office environment.

CRKT Point Guard (3.5") or my PC International Balisong Utility (4")

Anything under 3" is too small for my tastes
i think the same. The main duty of my EDC is to quarter apples and peeling. i think 3.5 is minimum for this job.

BM TSEK 805 with a 3.9+" blade clipped to front left pocket.
BM Mini-Grip 555 with a 2.9" blade clipped to front right pocket.

Depending on company/environment, I find the mini-grip to be much more sheeple friendly, while the TSEK is my preferred cutter when it won't cause a riot :)

Regards,

Shaun.
