Here ya go, my youngest daughter caught this black drum in the surf on McFaddin Beach (TX) last month. I like fishing but she really loves it.

She caught it on that Amabassadeur 6000 & 7-ft rod in the background. Not bad for 10 years old.

Jk we should go fishing sometime, I've got a 14ft John. I've got extra gear too, before I got into knives that's where all my $ went. Maybe we could plan a day at a lake around here for a gathering?

Years ago, I used to fish the local sportsmans club tournaments - here is my good friend Smitty and I at one of the weigh-ins - we got second place and big bass on this day.

Here are a couple of larger ones taken at a friends pond -

Interestingly, my friend who has my boat stopped by today and he is going to drop the boat off to my house on Monday.

I'll prep it and get my boat sticker for the lake and maybe I can get out some this summer.
