Who can one trust to do good honest work and replace scales on a knife?

Any high marks and recommendations from folks who have had this done themselves?.

I am looking for a honest person that does good work for a reasonable cost?.

Philip Dobson does custom scales also. You can google Philip Dobson and I'm sure you will find him. His scales are utterly stunning.
