Who is liable when knife stolen by USPS -- dispute with user Kaw10e

    Me too.

    So, this guy has refused to make a buyer whole after improperly shipping an item forcing the buyer to be refunded through PayPal. And this was with a knife he was clearly flipping. Next, he has tried to lie about condition of a knife that he is also clearly flipping. I wonder how @Boru13 feels about these multiple transgressions.

    The forced patina was very carefully placed only on the main grind :rolleyes:

    And how can a knife with a patina be described as unused.

    Repeated negligent actions aren't such. They are on purpose.

    @Kaw10e is never going to address this thread because he doesn’t care about the community. He blatantly lied about the condition of the knife in his for sale thread and got called out for it, changed the description and allegedly sold it. He is a flipper, contributes nothing to the forum, stole from @dyavorsky and is misrepresenting the condition of knives he is selling. Time for @Kaw10e to go bye-bye.
