Who is your "End Of The World Knife" Maker?

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, and I was just wondering who you would choose to make your "End of the World Survival Knife". And cost is no obstacle.

From what little I have read and researched I would have to choose Walter Brend to make me a knife for an end of the world scenario.

Other possible makers for me would have to be RJ Martin and Shiva Ki.

BTW, this is a terribly informing forum and I'm afraid I will be spending a lot of money in the near future because of stumbling onto this place :D

I only carry folders so I will go with a folder maker. I would want Rick Hinderer to make my end of the world survival knife. Actually he already does it is called the XM-18. And if I had to pick one knife to take with me it would be that one.
 
I have a Swamp Rat Battle Rat and it is pretty tough. It is still also able to be used as a knife. I like this knife and I am not sure what impresses me more, the fact that it is such a tough bastard or the fact that it is a really well thought out and designed knife for use. Way too many of the big knives are just big slabs of steel. They are great choppers but that is all they can do. You wouldn't want to have to slice bread with them or whittle a tooth pick or other normal uses for a knife.
 
My Swamp Rat M6, or if I had one a Busse HellRazor, hands down. I wouldn't dream of choosing anything else. To compliment either of those knives I'd also LOVe to have a Busse AK47. I don't think you could find any better weapons/tools to have at your disposal!!

I agree about taking my XM-18 with me.

Why Trace Rinaldi of course he makes an excellent knife called the Armageddon :) if I could cheat I would get the SKS combo.
