I don't remember particular names, but I did learn A LOT in here.
I do recall RL for pointing my Ray Roger's Rayzor, that was the kind of knife I always wanted, so that lead the way into my first handmade custom knife

Yeah, I read where some guy was asking for a tough folder and another guy said "get a John Greco", so I got a John Greco. And, I've never been the same. And, some other guys said "get some Opinels 'cause they're great and cheap". So, I got some. And my life has changed. And some other guys have been talking about Moras and other Scandanavian knives. About what good cutters they are. And I've wanted one of those for years. And then I saw how cool they were and reasonably priced, so I picked out a Helle Fjellkniven and ordered it two days ago along with a couple of Swedish Moras. And now my life has changed again. And I've been dreamin about a Dan Farr Forged with stag or antelope scales.

Of course, none of these life changes were as dramatic as what I learned over at the FAL Files Forums, AR15.com, 1911.com, FN HighPower.com, and HS200.com. These keep me constantly broke for life.
