The more I look at the drawing the more I wish I had a french curve and circle template that could have helped create cleaner lines.

And this is awesome.So I have some A2 tool steel 1/8" stock and I can probably get 4 to 6 blanks made.
I have plenty of A2 for a few mini tacs and to make a few tweener size.. maybe about 5 of each. Give me a few days to get one shaped.
I'm liking this already, however, you may want to reconsider cutting so many at once to start. Not that I don't have confidence in you JD, quite the opposite of course. I just mean, perhaps cut one or two work out all the kinks, then cut the copies.![]()

I would definitely put this to good use for a variety of purposes. Couple it with a clipped kydex sheath for inside the belt. perfect.
