I'm guessing from the screencaps of Keanu fighting the good guy at the end of Man of Tai Chi using an Emerson Horseman (iirc).

Yup, he uses his Emerson quite a bit in the movie.

He stabs that Chinese/Korean fighter at the beginning of the film too

I'd bet he's a fan IRL, he even "Wave" opens his Horseman
