Who still carries a Case Knife?

Due to some extraordinary kindness on the part of @ephsea I've been sharpening then carrying this wonderful gift of a Redbone 087 pattern from the 1965-69 era today. Really enjoying this one and very struck by his thoughtful generosity. Good snap on all 3 and takes a fine edge, nice to have a Pen blade, Spey and Clip- unusual.

I don’t carry a Muskrat often, but I came across this one (NOS in a picked over countertop display) at a Pawnshop today and decided to get it. 2008, Pocketworn (thinking Burnt Orange color) with SS blades. OH

Might also possibly be Whiskey. I'm sure they had a Whiskey in pocket worn that looked very similar.

I had forgotten about that possibility, like many pocketknives with natural bone handles the pile side looks like a different color. OH

My sentiments exactly.
Due to the amount of time it takes, I only read about half of the live threads.
But I never miss looking into this one, it's one of my favorite threads on the forum.

This one has been in my pocket a lot lately. I think because I have vacation on the brain. Heading to coastal Ga and Fl in about 6 weeks.

Going to load/prep the boat and hook it to the pickup, taking the family on a Pamlico River cruise shortly. Case Stainless Steel is always good for the water, especially brackish; 1998 Pocketworn 6347SS. OH

Will, IIRC it was Olive Green bone. Always looked OD Green to me (as if the had Army issued a high end pocketknife - in my day it was the Demo Knife). OH

In my recent foray back into traditional knives, I picked up this mini trapper in CV, and think I got a pretty decent example of what case can do when everything goes right lol.
Nice half stops, nice snappy springs, straight and centered blades. This and a few others I’ve been rotating and using daily. Very pleased !
