Who still carries a Case Knife?

I judge been thinking about getting this exact pattern. It would be my first multi bladed traditional. (I'm pretty new to them) How is it to use?

Also a single spring clip/sheepsfoot would be amazing.
I love it. Never used the Spey blade much on other stockmans, but I’ve used the punch for a lot of random stuff. Also weighs 2.5 oz so not heavy in the pocket either. It’s just a nice little edc knife overall.

I think yours is the oldest... what is it, a 1978?
Yes... you have a good eye.:thumbsup:

Nice photo John!
Thank you, Todd. :)

You're the new Club House Leader.
I don't know about leader, but I am very fond of the knife.
It was a very generous gift from ED, he sent me a few knives and it's my favorite of the bunch.

A very fine example of a great pattern!
Thank you very much. :)

And all the members of the club are good people.
Yes, they certainly are. :)

Nicely done photo of a great knife!
Thank you, Bruce. :)

Well, I'm pumped! My carry for today happens to be a semi-grail kind of thing. From the first time I realized I like the Case sowbelly stockman, I have wanted a "yaller" one in CV. To me, it would be the perfect knock around, do anything you want it to do knife. I just couldn't FIND any. Found lots of the single blades, but no 3 blade.
Due to the generosity of one of our wonderful porch members, I am now the proud owner of a yaller CV sowbelly.
This knife is quintessential Case quality... no gaps at mainspring, all blades centered, nothing rubbing... just a nice, nice knife.

Get out your crayolas, and color me pleased... very pleased. And since the thread is worthless without pics... here you go.
For those that wonder about the pile side, it's a perfect match, color and texture wise of the mark side....:D

Congrats. I like it when someone gets a knife that they really desire, and the fact that this was hard to find but a fellow member helped out is just a good story with a good result all round. Enjoy your new addition.:).

Nice score! Yeah the cv is hard to find in three blades...one came up in the for sale section not too long ago and was gone fast. That’s a keeper for sure. I bet it will look great after some patina cuz it will contrast the yellow so well! Yellow is awesome for knives. I can’t tell you how many times I had to hunt for my knife after I set it down by a creek bank after sunset after cleaning fish...yellow pops out of the grass and dirt.
