  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Who still carries a Case Knife?

I happen to have carried 3 Case knives for the past week, all generous, and much-appreciated, gifts from Forum members.
Case amber bone mini trapper that had its bottle opener traded for the spey blade of a sowbelly stockman:

Case CV chestnut jigged bone Swayback Jack:

Case CV yellow synthetic Wharncliffe/pen EO copperhead:

...
Nice looking Mini T Gary, did you do that mod yourself?
Todd
Thanks, Todd. :) I can open and close most of my knives all by myself, but a blade swap is WAY beyond my skill level! Jeff @black mamba had @glennbad take the cap lifter from the mini trapper and install it in a Case sowbelly stockman, resulting in the renowned Beerbelly Stockman, and generously sent me the mini trapper with the rare combination of two different-sized blades.

I’m with you on that, I can’t seem to even fix a wobbly blade by myself yet, but I keep trying!:)

Got 2 different case trapper in rotation one is tru-steel ss #2 is cv steel
Cannot see much difference in them except I like the carbon with a patina ( gives it character)

I am look for a case Damascus steel, real ivory handles that was stolen during a quail hunting trip
