Who still carries a Case Knife?

That puts the yellow all to shame in the "it'll be easy to find if I drop it" category
Yes that is very true lol unless you drop it in a crowd of zombies 🧟‍♂️ 🧟‍♀️ 🧟 ))
When I bought it to me it had zombie green written all over it lol .
Absolutely love this one in every way.

OP you ask the question like it’s odd to carry a Case knife. I carry Case knives as part of my rotation but not daily. I carry Case Stockman & Buck 112’s most of the time but I carry a a Victorinox daily( Pioneer, Climber, Hiker, Camper, Farmer, Pioneer X, Spartan) because I like having the tools .

Today's carry is this old Case 6318 Delrin (shown here Sunday afternoon doing some pine bark mulch bag opening). No matter how many times I clean the white scum off the Delrin it always comes back - only way to keep it off is to keep the knife in your pocket. OH

Nice Whittler Bruce, guess I carry a Stockman (3318) at least to start the day.
I got a yellow Copperhead recently it's not easy to set aside, may have to switch mid-day.

Can't go wrong with either one. Both excellent choices :thumbsup:

I’ve carried a Case of one kind or another for over 50 years. I think my first Case was either a Penknife or a Sodbuster, I’m pretty sure it was one of those and it was given to me by a friend of my Old Man’s.

Now it’s 50+ years later and I still carry a Case. I have about 20 Case knives, my 3 favorite are in no particular order,

Case/Bose Sowbelly work Winterbottom bone scales and only 1 blade. This knife is the perfect size for a pocket knife. Big enough to tackle most daily chores and slim enough to toss into a pocket and forget about till you need it.

The other knife is the Chestnut bone, Swayback Jack. (There’s one close second here and that’s the Sodbuster Jr in Chestnut bone. Actually I carry the Swayback Jack and the Sodbuster Jr together as a matched set quite often

The other Case that often finds itself in my pocket is the Case workhorse knife, the Camp Knife/Worker (I’ve heard it called a couple of different things) This is the knife that goes in my pocket when I’m not carrying an SAK Farmer.

It takes care of most of my daily knife needs with the exception the saw that the SAK Farmer has. Otherwise it’s one of my top 3 Case knives to carry.

Thank you friend! A 3318 is one of my favorite and most carried Case Knives - nice choice to get your day started. OH
Have to agree with you. My favorite is my Yellow 18 with punch. redsparrow redsparrow is that one with a punch?

Nice group of well used knives. I need to try a Swayback.

No Tim, it's a regular stockman with spey. No punch but I'd prefer a punch, they seem so useful.
The punches have become harder to find and of course then the cost goes up.
