Tell you what. If any one of the billys can modify billy's web page by putting up a Bladeforums link on the main page, I'll consider it verified. Until that link appears, The_BillyTran and billlytran are poseurs. Keep posting for your free custom knife until billy is confirmed as either himself, or a lame-@ss gimmick stealer who's trying to shortcut his way into a knife that was meant for someone who deserves it!

Of course, I did say that there are no rules, so the potential does exist that the new billy will wind up amusing me and taking the prize on his own merits...

I have a hand made thrower by Bobby Branton that i won on the forums, but as of yet I have never really thrown a knife. Also, I acquired a Greco in a trade, which I never used and sold. Do those count as customs? If so, i'm out :(

If not, then I have a MEUK on order from Allen Blade. I think I have to wait some while yet before I get it. So, I am using Benchmade folders and my Cold Steel Bushman for all of my cutting chores! Your custom would be much appreciated. It is hard to praty wit da mankees whith an old liner lock! :rolleyes:
 
Hi Brian

There probably might be someone more deserving who wants your knife, but I promise to give it a good home. I have Spydercos, Benchmades, Gerbers, CRKTs, a Kershaw and a Cold Steel and it cost a fortune for these factory knives at the end of the day due to really bad exchange rates :( The Rand is so week that I look at the pages of Tactical Knives and drool at some of those knives because there is no way on earth for me to own any of them unless I win the lotto.

I clean all my knives once a week and I carry them in turns, so that everybody has a turn and nobody is carried to the point that they start wearing out.

I could give your knife a loving home :D

I am a NEWBIE. I came to BF to lurk and learn. I blew about a grand on clone crap when hit with what I can only describe as an ADDICTION. By talking and listening to you fine folks I have been able to move into the higher end production knives, YET I still lack the KNOWLEDGE to buy my VERY FIRST custom Knife. This is art, this is complex, this is a science, I am have SO MUCH to learn. I want to be absolutely certain that my VERY FIRST CUSTOM is the knife to REALLY begin my collection that will represent my legacy to pass onto my two Sons. It is not a matter of WHICH one, it is just simple Getting the FIRST ONE. This will be the first building block for me as I spend every waking minute of the remainder of my life from the second I take ownership of my first CUSTOM, to NEVER looking back and building upon it with ONLY custom knives. My collection will then have that sentimental value that will represent my heart as I pass it along to my Blood....wolf

I my knife collection consists of 3 CRKT's,a couple cheap neck knives, two spyderco's a cold steel bushman and a timberline vallotten. I really like neck knives the most because of the concealability and the neat designs the maker uses to save weight and size. I could really appreciate a good, solid, custom, free neck knife to add to my small growing collection.

Please?
