I don't know about coach, I would be more than willing to share recipes with anyone who wants them. I've got quite a few that have been tried and tested.

The best: Knob Creek (3 fingers) over ice in a tall glass then fill with Vernors Ginger Ale. Kentucky heaven.

This eating plan has got me off beer as well.......switched over primarily to red wine......and occasional shotAs I'm off beer I took some of my own mixture over to a friend's house and had a few drinks. Lemonade moonshine....mmmmm

Ginger Ale !?!?! If I could afford Knob Creek, I would show it more respect and drink it with a single cube. :thumbup:
The ginger ale would be used with the cheap bourbon that I normally drink.
