My deer season actually just ended about 3 weeks ago. I know, we have some weird hunting seasons here in northern California. Would much rather be hunting during peak rut. But, I did have a successful season! Napa county blacktail....here's a before and after...

My rifle is a Thompson Center Venture in .308 using 165gr. Hornady SST. Those rounds are simply devastating. You can't see it in the photo with the deer but on my hip is a SwampRat Ratmandu (Prototype version) in a Spec-Ops sheath.
