Whenever i say i'm going to save for a spydie or something, i always end up buying a kershaw before i achieve that goal. They're just so affordable and awesome. And thay are the most fun to fiddle with.

I'm a Kershawholic, Spydie Fanatic and Benchamaniac. I love other makers too but there is just something about Kershaw/Zero Tolerance models that speak to me on an emotional level when buying or looking at their knives. I love them!

Kershaw has the best QC, its the only company that I've never had a issue with a knife out of the box.

Their excellent customer service is an added bonus.
And on the ZT line you get the option of either left or right tip-up or tip-down carry. How cool is that?

walked into my local knife store, I ask "whats your best seller?" store clerk points at the kershaw case and says "anything in that case".

I've always liked kershaw. They're good stuff. But wait till you get a spydie ;)

I have avoided spyderco for this long but the new Blackie Collins Sage 3 with bolt lock is reallllly gonna be hard to pass up.

man, that thing is smexy!

Wow that sage 3 is super sexy! I've got a sage 2 and the fit and finish is completely out of the world for the price point. As far as Kershaws go I believe that they are DEFINATELY the best bang for the buck. I mean look at something like the OD-1 or RAM and the level of quality and materials is just way over what most makers are offering. Not to mention they have the best warranty department out of any company knives or otherwise that I have come across and yes I have used it.

I have had several Kershaws in the past but I seem to sell them at some point but they are good solid blades.

Haha, I've got my tanto Blur open right in front of me as I open this thread...

My first "high-end" knife was a Kershaw. It's still going strong. I don't know what it is about Kershaw, but I own and use more Kershaws than any other company's knives...I guess their designs just tend to appeal to me.

Bang for buck value is amazing. You get the best QC and warranty in the business, and at prices that can't be competed with. It's tough to beat Kershaw when you're looking for an affordable, quality knife.

+1. For what you pay, the fit/finish is great and you get a lot of knife.

The Kershaw / ZT blems I get from this forum have better fit and finish that some other knives that are BNIB.

Kershaw is not very lefthand friendly, but none the less an awesome knife. My first "good" knife was a Kershaw and carried it lefty until I lost it ridin my motorbike.

That's a nice looking knife but why would you post a whole bunch of Spyderco pics in a thread about Kershaw knives? Are you that clueless?

Best warranty of any production brand, period. Fit and finish is typically great. Cost vs. materials can't be beat, try finding G10 & VG-10 for the price the Lahar is going for in any other brand. And I love the variety of their spectrum. They will get my dollar over other companies just about every time.
