"... is a rare Busse knife made by Jerry Busse of Busse knives.

It has a 9.5" blade and is made from INFI 3/16" thick with serrations and a-symmetrical grind with a White coating.

This knife was supposedly an overrun from a military order for a Special Forces unit in Europe that somehow found its way into the hands of a civillian.

You do not see many of these about buy it while you still can...

Freedom of speech - the 1st Amendment only guarantees that the government cannot take it away - it does not guarantee anything else. Others could curtail your speech, just not the govt.

Freedom of speech does not mean that someone else has to pay to provide you with a platform. You have no inherent right to express yourself on Bladeforums or in the Washington Post or on Fox news -- unless you own those outlets.

You do have a right to stand up in public and make outrageous statements. The First Amendment forbids prior restraint. But if what you say is hazardous to others (shouting Fire! in a crowded theatre) or actionable in some other way (slandering someone maliciously and knowingly) then you can be held accountable after the fact.

well said. free speech is not synonymous with "say anything you want anytime you want". or rather, say what you want, but there may be consequences.

try saying you plan on shooting the president, for example, in a public or even some private forum, and see what happens.

If the government censors you but you speak out anyway, it may censure you. :)

A contract is "private law". As long as it does not violate public law, contracts like employment contracts can specify certain behaviors.

Uniforms. Hair styles. No smoking. And many employers, public and private, have regulations controlling personal behavior, even off-duty, that would reflect on the organization.

You do not have to submit to these regulations. Just go work for someone else ...
