Why do I need an 0200?

I just got my 0200 in this morning and I can say after today of carrying, this thing is built like a tank. It does have some weight to it but not to much to bother me or cause discomfort while carrying. It fits the hand great, the G10 has a very extreme grip texture done to it. For the money it is a great knife that in your hand def feels like it could do anything a fixed blade could. I will say it doesn't feel as smooth as a 0560 which is kind of expect. Hoping with more flipping and maybe taking down and oiling it could be.

Not always. but usually I have improved the action of most knives by taking them apart, polishing the washers if they are none nylon, an lubricating. It is enjoyable and you know more about the knife. Give it a go, enjoy the 0200.

You don't need justification, if something calls your name get it. The only exception is when multiple knives call your name and you have to pick.....OR get all of 'em and live off of Ramen for the whole month. Yes, my obsession drove me to that, I'm not kidding!

handled a 200 for the first time today. first, it's how i imagined it. it's a brute. my titanium military feels like a lady's knife compared to it. it has the best handle i've seen for any folder. and the blade is great. on the negative side, i find it's almost impossible to open with just the thumb stud. one needs to press the spur and flick. also, it's going to be a real ordeal for pocket carry to the office. really meant to be a field working knife.

i would have bought it today had it not been i already paid for my surefire defender. why do things come at the same time? :(

yup, much easier to use the flipper than the thumbstud. that's why i didnt bother to put it back in.
