Why does Cold Steel.........

Probably the same reason they don't finish the hollow grind far enough and leave a 1/8in of the edge un-sharpened WTF.

I don;t understand that either. Why have a perfectly good sharpening choil, then stop the edge before it gets to it.
 
Stonewashed finishes aren't any good for extreme dudes who stab tantos through car doors 24/7. These xtreme dudes account for the majority of Cold Steel's business, obviously.

I think it's cool if we talk about just knives, not the ppl who buy them, coz I'm one of the Coldsteel knife owners, and I don't stab car doors.

I, too, am a cold steel knife owner, and I don't stab car doors either. I do know what a joke is, however, and how to recognize one when I see it. ;)
