that and trying to fix the furnace.... only the wrong size filter is available.

Having to press that extra button to post has really slowed the snark down!!

Seriously! so true.

Sorry about your crappy week IWHAF! I can relate here. My daughter has a double ear infection, the wife also has one! My son has been cooped up all week inside because it has been too cold to send the kids outside for recess and hes bouncing off the walls. The baby needs constant entertainment now... and I'm stuck with my leg up in the air from knee surgery haha. On the plus side, today I stopped taking the heroin pills cause the pain is now manageable

I saw that video about the archer a while ago. That guy has some mad skills.

Not to mention that it takes you away from the page to advanced mode, slowing things down even more, also the "Becker Knife & Tool" navigation button on the bottom of the page is gone now, too. So much more bad. Tapatalk starts to look better even as crappy as it is.

Watched another video on the Tops knives at SHOT. Looks like that BOB folder I mentioned earlier is going to retail at $200 or a bit more. I'm not as deterred as I thought I'd be but I doubt I'll ever buy one.

Our water heater is on the fritz too :grumpy: Luckily the tank is solid, I think it just needs new element(s). Which is good, because that's pretty easy and inexpensive to replace. Like $40 and a couple hours' work, versus $300+ and a huuuge hassle...

Anyone heard from Moose lately? Someone asked me about him in private and I realized I haven't seen him around in quite a while. If anyone has his number, give him a call and say howdy for all of us :)

Hi, Derek! I see you down there. Maybe you should do some of your mod magic and fix the damn forum ;). We have more computer wizards per cubic kilobyte than any other sub on BFC, someone should be able to fix this....

Lunch.

Thanks WW and guys, and good luck to you TBL! Honestly right at the beginning at the semester all hell breaks loose. Seems like it happens all the time. Good thing is wife has graduated but is working a job 30+ minutes away. Anyways, we will make it through, just may take more whiskey than usual lol.

And I hope your leg and kids all heal up well TBL. Kids with cabin fever are a little more drunk cavemen than usual lol.

JT water heater work is always fun! At least its fixable instead of having to scrap the whole thing. Good luck with it.

Right now listening to the "mechanics" across the street rev their cobbled together jeeps over and over.... 20+ minutes now... Did I mention they were doing this a lot yesterday too? Lol wtf

Ohhhhh yeahhhh! Don't forget to save the heads and guts for the compost pile

Shouldn't be too bad at all; it's on a concrete floor in a lit room and I can get to it easily. Last year we rebuilt Angie's parents'... which was in a crawl space about 4' tall with a wet clay/mud floor, and also invloved cutting out/replacing some bad copper pipe... that sucked.

Drugs drugs time for more drugs! I tried to go without them... but... still a little too early for that.

Nice looking lunch there Guyon!

Good luck with the water heater JT!

Ooohhh yah, always fun! Had to fix the pump in my grandmas well house one time that was a very similar situation! It also was well below freezing too. One of the few times you could watch your carharts ice over while you worked lol.
Mine is on a stand in a tiny closet in the garage, you have to stand on a stool and stick your head between the door frame, wall and heater to even see the top. Not fun lol. Especially when its spraying hot water all over everything. Lol

I hear from him occasionally. Dude's overworked and barely has time to breathe.

So I have this old work jacket that I really like but it has the company logo on it and its prevented me from wearing it. My wife just brought it over to me, she sewed one of the Ka-Bar patches that Ethan sent me over the old company logo! Best wife ever!

my boy wanted to model it haha

I thought (hoped) that was probably the deal. Glad to hear he's OK, but I hope he gets some downtime soon. That crap gets old real fast.
