I recently traded godspeed for a solution and he was worried about the same exact thing, the blade profile, but when he got it, in his words "I have a new favorite knife! This thing is awesome" And thats saying something coming from a guy that has made sheaths for LOADS of different knives. From the look of the rodent solution i didnt honestly think it was all that special until i put it in my hands then i understood why people liked them so much. But i prefer a larger blade most the time so i use the rmd as much as i can.

Yah I tried e-mailing and asking SY if I could and they told me no lol. Now I have taken a second/third/fourth look at the RS It might actually be a much better knife.... why do these things have to cost money???!!! :D
 
I guess you get what you pay for, my 50 dollar zero gravity chair is already starting to rip. Around the rivets and the seams are tearing on the fabric. I only weight 148 lbs so this is pretty ridiculous for it to be tearing apart. Im going to sit in this one until i fall thru it then look at getting the kelty recliner one. This chair is too damn comfortable to go without one for too long.
 
WW, can you post a pic of a rmd, rodent 4, and a becker together? I have most of the beckers, so any of them will do.

lmao it has its moments and goes all over the place. Im quite positive i can find chatting about at least 10 different companies here in just this one becker snark chat thread. But normally i post my picture of my latest score and move onto a new topic unless someone comments or questions me on the knife then i will talk about them more in detail here..... I know everyone here doesnt like them or want to read about them in detail so i try and limit my post about them here in the becker S/F to just my latest knives... And i think its ok because just about every normal poster here in the snark has posted info/pictures on a non becker knife before. But i know its a good chance you dont really give a $hit either way lmao and im only typing this up because i can understand a little animosity towards my rat related posts -here- and it did get quite in depth in the conversation this time. If it really bothered you, i apologize.

But youtube is FUN :)

I watched Attack on wall street last night... or this morning really, and it was "ok" it didnt really get going until an hour in and then there was only 30 minutes of good action left. but i liked the story... but i could have dealt without some of the sad parts.... i wanted to tear up a little one time when the wife -SPOILER- and i dont like movies that sad lmao.
 
I also saw the pilot of under the dome and despite some of the review it got me interested! I think its going far off from stephen kings book but that might be a good thing :)
 
I'm getting ready to take a group of Jr High / High school guys down to Turkey Run State Park (Marshall, IN). Looks like weather should be decent (Sunday - Tuesday), although my new BCUSA tarp may get tested a bit on Monday night with a chance of rain. I was laughing at the tent-dwellers on this trip last year when they got flooded and I stayed dry in my hammock with the good old hardware store tarp. Heck, even a couple of raccoons knew my area was good shelter and waited out the rain with me.

Watched every episode so far. Still not sure I like it. Moments are really good and then they do something that makes you say WTF!!! :grumpy:
 
Yea im noticing that now, the story has a lot of potential but they might just ruin it after all.
