Wife has a few cases of Pepsi in her cars trunk, and several 2 liters as well, after going shopping this morning. She came home and unloaded everything except the pepsi while i was sleeping. I think as punishment for not helping unload the groceries she purposely left the soda in the trunk and went back out for god knows what and god knows how long.... Torture. I have no pepsi and the little guy in my sig is teasing the hell out of me lmao.

Along with the Fieldline Tactical, I bought this hunting pack: http://www.fieldline.com/main/backpacks/glenwood-canyon-frame-pack/1/4/7
Horrible, horrible fit. At best, the waist belt is a belly belt. The pack is going back to Small Fart.
The Tactical, on the other hand, has a nice long torso length, as Derek pointed out about the Rush original in a post.

Thats good to know! I was honestly looking at those! cant beat the prices, But I guess with that brand its best to just stick to the "tactical" one. Thanks.

Maybe this will help:

Wanting a new blade. Deciding between the TOPS B.O.B., or the BHK Maverick Scout. Hmmm...

BHK!!! Thats a great looking blade.

I like the name "brothers of bushcraft"... But thats about it. I just think Tops does too much with their knives. to many cuts and jagged edges and stuff that seems to be for looks, or the cool factor. And i know you can strip it but i dont care for how they cover their blades in writing. They are "loud" if it makes sense. I have never used one so dont go off this lmao, I just think they look like kids toys, sharp dangerous kids toys.

Just got home from Springfield. Stopped and did a job on the way home. Now I'm looking at property for rent in Springfield. I've gotten a framework laid to work up there.

I had to sell a couple to get it, but this will be coming home to me soon. It will be my first Busse. An original .25" thick Fusion Steel Heart with the black crinkle coating and green canvas handles.

NMFSH, will be next.

The BHK is a sweet looking blade. I've been wanting a TOPS for some time now. I hear a lot of good stuff about it, except for the firesteel striker, haha. I too, hate that TOPS uses their blades for a freakin' billboard.

The BHK does look nice and it seems to me that at comparable prices, getting 01 instead of 1095 is a bargain. Plus at 1/8" instead of 3/16", that thing ought to be quite a bit more slicey.

I'll probably end up with both at some point. If the BK16 would have fit my hand, I probably wouldn't be interested in either. I'm still looking for a "tweener". I have the Condor Bushlore, which I really like, but am wanting something with a bit more quality.

Dubs, Survive knives makes a cpm3v knife that is almost a bk-16 but with handles more suited to your hands. You really gotta check it out.

Awesome its curvy too :)

That FSH will be my first
But I have a NMFSH on order now as well.

Expensive habit. after that im going back to buying rats, beckers, and ontarios.

I used to, my dad got me a little Fred Bear set up for my 10th birthday. I got pretty good and eventually got a compound, but always loved the recurve.. something just pure about it. When I was in my 20's I went to buy a new bow and got a car stereo instead and I haven't shot one since.

Lmao, i had a lot of car stereos in my days. Use to compete in Super Street 1-2 class with a 2 9515 digital designs powered by 4 big boy dd amps. had 6 dry cell batteries for that setup. Retarded loud. My favorite setup though, I hit a 148db on the dash with a single 12" DD3512, good clean sound with a kick.......Then i had a kid.... what were we talking about?
