Why I will probably never buy another knife from Canal Street Cutlery

CSC has had 2 of my half moons for service since October of 2013. I have emailed them several times and have called them several times with no response or call back. Their customer service is complete garbage as is their knives. I too will never ever buy one of their knives again and will tell anyone who will listen to stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

I own only one CSC knife: a "moonpie" trapper in jigged bone. It's gorgeous. It has a few issues like the blades completely flush when open/closed and the blades are not centered. I bought it secondhand for a low price. I carry and use it often with no actual issues. Seeing all these customer service issues I'll probably avoid CSC in the future just to avoid the hassle until I see that things improve.
