You can get dry peanut butter, it is commonly known as peanuts. If you get unsalted, dry roasted peanuts they are pretty healthy. I like to add Cheerios, raisens and high-coco chocolate chips to make a quick trail mix. To avoid scurvy and rickets I would pack along some multivitamines.
