Ever heard of someone being too smart for their own good?

Sorry kids. I enjoy the rules around here. Nice and relaxed, fun to discuss knife topics with knowledgeable individuals.

If you read the rules they provide your kinds with a forum just for you. Go whine and cheese it up on me in the right forum. Don't worry, I am here to discuss knives, not act like offended little second graders so I have no motivation to go there. So run along. Don't care for your kinds and as much as you wish for it, ain't going to happen. You're just dirtying up useable information.

Maybe slack off on the monsters all day so you aren't up so late.

Sweet dreams gents.

Not sure what your agenda is here. Not just this thread but overall here. I went back to see how much of a noob you were in your early days and it seems your time here has transformed you from experienced based to falling in line with the Internet experience folks.

I don't think it's just the internet doing that: It has added to the pre-existing conformity...

Thick edges and the ridiculous 20° per side/40° inclusive "standard" are not the result of the Internet: They are manufacturer-driven, because people sending back or posting articles about bent or broken knives have a bigger impact than those getting efficient use out of them...

Meanwhile, you do see several videos now of SMIII Trailmasters (a thirty year old basic design), at 17 ounces, beating the daylights out of 28 ounces Busse BMs... You wouldn't want to see the Trailmaster up against a Model 12, a much older design...

I guess that's how far knowledge has progressed over time...
