Will be gone for a week -- no deals while I'm away.

I agree. I think last wishes no matter how strange or adverse to convention they might seem should be granted if at all possible.

Last wishes are always difficult, makes me sad every time I think about how my dad died in fear. No matter how hard we tried, I could always see the worry in his eyes whenever I was there. In the end he was more worried about others, than for himself. Sometimes, no matter what you can try, some wishes are impossible.:(

my dad always wanted to be buried in the woods i an old pine box--kinda illeagal these days. Maybe if he's cremated first, I can fulfil his wishes within the legal parameters. He'll be a lot easier to carry.

I hope that my dad can clock another 28 years to make it ti your dad's age. I and the wife just mde him a grandfather last year, so hopefully his love for the granddaughter will keep him tethered here a bit more.

Best wishes to your Dad, Uncle Bill. Have a safe trip. You know our thoughts and prayers will be with you.
