Will someone please help this girl find this knife!

just replace it with this knife.
Lol sharp edge are you Krisha's boyfriend lurking? Sharp edge really meant replace the Smith and Wesson with a carbon fiber insingo sebenza! [emoji1]

Your bf will thank us later! Lol

In all seriousness if in fact it is a Smith and Wesson knives often become discontinued so you might not be able to buy it. And the folks on the forum will agree that there is a wide range of alternatives that are way better. If you are so inclined to give a price range suggestions will come popping out of the woodwork.

I suggest the Kershaw Blur one of the best assisted openers in its price range. I actually liked it better than my sebenzas

You could always tell us what you'd like to spend, what the BF does, we know he rides and there are a lot of us that ride also. Give us an idea of what he uses it for and I'll bet you we'll find something he'll love in your price range. If money's no object buy him a Sebenza and he'll love you for it, A LOT. :)

T, I don't believe so if you blow up the photo you can see that it has that pivot that s&w uses

My guess is the logo is some fireman/military branch/police logo. That would likely make it a cheaper knife and potentially unfindable... It looks like an oddball logo instead of a makers logo.

I can't seem to find a logo that has a circle around it like the one in your picture. However I did notice that this Benchmade knife has a very similar blade style. Also the spring assist you mentioned reminded me of the ones Benchmade uses.

That is a tough one. If you want to replace the exact one we will need more. The logo looks like a S&W but can't tell for sure. The handle looks like it is not black. Some sort of inlay or something.

I agree with what others have said. Give us a budget. Let us know what he does with the knife. What did he like about it? We can likely supply you with a range of options that would be of a higher quality even considering price. From that picture it is going to be tough to identify the exact knife. Not impossible, as we have a bunch of knife nuts here, but tough given the picture.

It is definitely an old S&W. I don't think they have put "ONLY" the Logo since the originals way back. It looks similar to the Extreme Ops. Again definitely a S&W but I don't think you will find that exact one anymore. Here are some pics of recent versions and also a first response one that shows the similar turn wheel that shows by your pointer finger in above pic that is signature to more of their knives. But I agree there are much better knives in the price range unless you are set on that style for sentimental reasons.

My first thought when I saw the blade was that it reminded me of my benchmade with an Osborne designed blade (940?).

This is a great idea, but I do agree to get something better if it turns out to be a S&W. Good luck.

My best guess from the blurry pic is that the circle is a marine globe and anchor logo, and that the knife is a cheap mTech or united Cutlery, or flea market knockoff, not a Kershaw...

In which case, any Kershaw is a huge upgrade. Check out the Scrambler for a budget friendly version, or a Blur for something a bit more expensive (but still <$100).

Or, anything Benchmade (Griptillian is the most basic)...

He'll be pleased with the much better knife to replace his cheapo...

increasing the size of the picture leads me to believe it possibly is not a Smith and Wesson. Maybe a MOD. It seems to have writing on 4 sides like a Boker, though. Perhaps it is a Boker? We really need a better picture. Why not ask him what kind of knife it was that he lost?

If your BF was super into that knife, you'd know the brand because he would've gushed about it. I totally agree with what everyone else is saying. Let us know your budget and we'll help you find something he'll love!!
