Win a knife - free Camillus Talonite folder

Did I mention that Cape Cod is in the middle of the Ocean? Salt water.. *shivers* does bad things to steel... need to fight that!

I love the design, and...

I don't have any Camillus products, and...

I need a new EDC in a bad way, and...

I can't think of a really convincing reason why I deserve to win this free Camillus Talonite EDC, but I can say that I will be really delighted if I am chosen to win it. Besides, I have never won anything before and this would be a great "first" for me as I have never owned a Talonite knife either.

Whether I win or not, thanks for the opportunity.

I'm a new member, have lots of knives, but don't yet consider myself a collector. Going to have to get some quality knives first, have a Benchmade Axis Folder and lots of Gerber, Kershaw, CRKT & etc.

I gotta be the winner, because I am a broke college student who has been dreaming of a talonite knife for about 2 years now, and the camillus edc in 154cm is my favorite knife of all time.

Hmm, why do I deserve the Talonite EDC more than anyone else? Well, it is my birthday on Jan. 24th, so the drawing on feb. 1st, if I win, would be a great present!

Actually, I would say that I am a poor student, working towards a masters in philosophy, Knife money is rare, so I would appreciate a new knife. I would REALLY appreciate a talonite knife, as I have never seen, smelled, tasted, touched, or heard what talonite is like. No on in my sleepy city has talonite! Well, maybe 1 or 2 people, but I bet that is it. I'd liek to find out what talonite is like to use every day, so hopefully I win the EDC!

I deserve to win because I have been unemployed for over three months and really need something to cheer me up right now. That and I will name my firstborn after you if I win. :)

p.s.- doesn't matter if its a boy or girl, thats how much I want this knife.
 
Nice and simple contest, Tom and Will. Thanks for the chance. I sure would like to win.

Bought a Talon some time ago, but can't really use it because (a) the sheath is still unable to retain the knife properly despite quite a few attempts at fixing, and (b) because the size of a fixed blade makes carry a little more difficult.

I have the 420HC EDC and found the design to be really that good. Having it in Talonite would almost make it the best possible knife to own for EDC. (Having a titanium or aluminium handle would ensure total rust resistance, making it even better, but I can appreciate the cost increase and other technical difficulties associated with it.)
