Great contest idea!

Resolutions:

Happy holidays,
Diablero

my resolutions are:

A niece and nephew of mine were refused student visas by the US Consulate in Lima, Peru in November. The Consul-General,David Buentello, told me personally that, even though all the paperwork was done and done correctly, and their school tuition was paid for, and their food, clothing, shelter, was taken care of, they could never get a visa because they were too poor. The level of arrogance of the people who work in the consular section of the US Embassy in Peru is beyond belief. Additionally, these kids got nothing for Christmas because all funds were expended in the visa attempt.
My New Years' resolution is to make sure that the kids have a good Christmas next year, if it kills me.
Edited to add-Thanks to Sal and all the fine folks at Spyderco

My New Year's resolution is to try and be nicer and more understanding with my parents. Although I always try to be I could sometimes be more patient with them when helping them out or giving advice.

A Healthy and Happy New Year to all. Thank you Spyderco for the great contest.

great contest thanks spyderco.

To get the assignment I have always dream of in south America. to expore and photograph the jungles down there, with a great story that is honest and fair to those that I photograph. Oh and of course please the readers that read that story. With the money I earn from this I will buy a new camera and a new knife. :D :D :D wow the amazon.

I'm going to master one musical instrument in 2005. Something I've always wanted to do but too lazy to start. :)

My resolution: To clear away the snow and ice from my driveway and sidewalk this winter better than I tend to do.

Oh boy, I hope I win the knife.

My resolution is giving away this Spydie if I win it since I already have a C81GS :D ;)

My resolution is to work harder at my martial arts training, and to help out my grandfather more.

Resolution -

To impact others lives in a more positive way...

How to start -

If I win... the knife should be sent to a soldier in need over in Iraq/Afghanistan.

Do the Long Island Marathon held on may 1st.

(This one is special since it requires training at long mileage runs during the worse months of winter.)

So far so good. Long run training starts on January 1st with a 10 miler.

To get better organised with the finances and not to put aside sorta boring tasks for a long time.

I hope to win! :D

Thanks for the contest! :)

My New Year's resolution is to slow down and enjoy life more, especially with my family.

Have a great New Year everyone!

Thanks for the great contest Joyce and Spyderco.

My 2005 resolutions and goals focus around improving my health by getting more exercise and loosing some weight.

One other goal that I need to work on is getting out to the range more often and spending more time in the great outdoors again.

Happy New Years all.
