This is the WingmanEDC Spar-K Model 1 with Satin M390 Tanto (https://wingmanedc.com/spar-k/). This knife uses the Lee Williams KickStop flipper mechanism (look this up on YouTube if you want to see how the flipper tab disappears when the knife is open)
This knife has never been carried or used to cut anything, and is in perfect condition, including perfect centering and smooth action, and includes everything that originally came with the knife, including the original box, titanium pivot tool and engraved titanium dog tag, etc. See pictures below.
