to me

Your Breaching axe was a design I developed for testing by the Air Force PJ’s and NSW. Your axe is one of about 10 we made. It is no longer available.

This might just be the only piece (out of 10) that has handle of G-10.
The green slab was sent to Dan to make the handle.
Axe wasn't used after the review. Edge is sharpened, cleaned and oiled. Comes with Winkler Knives II product certificate.
The H13 font was written by Dan since he only made one batch with this steel. (I believed he no longer uses H13 and Rescue axe comes in S7 only)
Although it is not stainless, H13 is pretty rust resistant and requires very little maintenance.
Tough is an understatement for this steel.

The felt lining Dan used on his kydex:
Both linings are adhesive backed and are adhered to the Kydex before it is cut. The main issue is you have to find a material with an adhesive that will hold up to the heat required to form the Kydex.

Axe survived destructive tests and looking at the bright side, you now know what the axe is totally capable of!

Open to trades, particularly RMJ Berserker.
PM me for offers.

Thanks for looking.

Would be interested in TAD gear Jenny Wren and Winkler's combat axe made out of 80CrV2 & hawk from American Kami.
