I'd pick either a DMT bench stone if I can find a dealer close to home so shipping isn't a dealbreaker to make sharpening the supersteels on some of my knives a bit easier....
If that can't be done I'd pick a nice stylish folder, the Fallkniven U2 to carry as my office friendly knife.
