Well hats off to you for the generous way of celebrating the forums and your time spent sharing knowledge and learning with others. This really is in the spirit of BF as its generated quite the thread of its own. Gotta love knife lovers. As for me, I'm a Benchmade loyalist who is biased and knows it. I own one Spyderco because my ex-wife got me a tenacious without really understanding my love of over priced Benchmades. I still have it for sentimental reasons. You have the chance to possibly make hell freeze over by providing some much needed enlightenment. I've always been curious about the somewhat wacky world of quality Spyderco knives. Specifically I'd like to give the Manix 2 with translucent blue scales some quality time. Honestly nothing would make me happier (and poorer) than finding that I love Spyderco as much, or dare I say more than Benchmade. At about 86.00 on Amazon it's not pushing the limit and you could literally change my life. As in a Ford vs Chevy type conversion. I'm even kinda scared just typing this as its a very personal subject that challenges my core belief system. Either way, thanks for provoking the souls searching. I guess I really needed that.
