I really enjoy simple work knives from around the world, so I'm in for this TL-29. I happen to think that particular Camillus model is a very elegant-looking knife, too!

You just forced me to "pull the trigger" on a New Old Stock 2007 Camillus TL-29 with 1095 CroVan steel blades. (This GAW was the inspiration to search online for a TL-29 worth owning). Now that I found the old knife, it was worth the purchase price and a treasure to be enjoyed for the rest of my days.

Enjoy this knife. It is a real "workhorse" and should stand up to just about any task you can throw at it. Don't pamper it, use the darned thing. To quote Nancy Sinatra, "these boots were made for walkin'." ;) :D

It warms my heart to see these random acts of knife kindness between, for the most part, strangers, or certainly people we will probably never meet in person. If it's not too bold of me, I'd also like to sweeten the pot and offer my mod services, free of charge, should the winner want a mod done to that knife, with any available materials I have on hand. Of course, the work would have to fall in line with my normal wait schedule.
