WINNER --- Downsize GAW #6, A Special One to leghog

Congrats GT!

Nicely done leghog and I agree with your thinking. A tool should be used.

Nice 5K! And I agree with the thanks to Leghog for all these great giveaways! Wonderful work sir.
Thanks, Neal

Just a quick update. The half-congress that leghog so generously put up for grabs arrived on Wednesday and it's a phenomenal little knife.:cool: It's my first example of a half-congress and I really like how slender it is with the single spring. Here are a couple of photos of the knife I took this week.
The "CASE XX" on the tang of the sheepsfoot indicates 1940-1964 manufacture, I think. The tang of the pen blade shows the model number. I like the little "relief" cut into the edge of the pile side cover to allow better access to the nail nick on the pen.

As leg hog pointed out in his OP, the covers have slightly different colors, with the pile side being a little darker and richer than the mark side. The knife also arrived with blades that I considered impressively sharp!

Thanks again for your generosity, leghog! (And I hope you recover quickly from your recent procedure, and can continue losing/downsizing some of your knives without losing additional body parts!) Slender little knife, but it seems to think it's the master of all it surveys:
